- 2 Liters vegetable stock
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes

- 100 grams green beans

Preparation
- Dice all the vegetables into small and uniform bite sized pieces now
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a large pot until they soften
- Add the carrots and potatoes and stir for five minutes total time
- Pour in the stock and tomatoes then bring to a steady boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for twenty minutes until all vegetables are tender
- Season with salt and pepper then serve the hot soup in bowls
