Dough
- 500 grams flour
- 300 milliliters milk
- 7 grams yeast
- 10 grams sugar
- 5 grams salt

- 300 grams mozzarella cheese
- 300 grams feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 30 grams butter

Dough
- Mix the flour, warm milk, yeast, sugar, and salt to form a soft dough
- Knead for ten minutes then let it rise for sixty minutes until doubled
- Punch down the dough and roll it into a circle on a floured surface
Filling
- Grate the mozzarella and crumble the feta then mix with one egg
- Place the cheese mixture in the center of the dough and fold edges
- Roll the filled pie flat again until it is two centimeters thick
Bake
- Heat a large pan and bake at 200 Celsius for fifteen minutes
- Brush the top with melted butter immediately after removing from the oven
- Cut into wedges and serve while the cheese center is still hot
