Recipe for Mexican Carne Asada Tacos

Meat

- 60 milliliters lime juice

Tacos
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 onion, diced
- 10 grams fresh cilantro
- 2 limes
Preparation
Marinade
- Mix the lime juice, oil, garlic, and cumin in a large bowl
- Coat the steak in the mixture and refrigerate for thirty minutes
- Prepare the onion and cilantro garnish while the meat is marinating
Grill
- Heat the grill to high heat and cook the steak for five minutes
- Flip and cook until the meat reaches your desired level of doneness
- Let the steak rest for ten minutes then slice against the grain
