Dough

  • 50 grams black olives

Preparation

Dough

  1. Mix the dough ingredients and knead until the texture is smooth and firm
  2. Let the dough rise for sixty minutes in a warm spot until doubled

Bake

  1. Spread the sauce and add mozzarella, salami, and olives to the dough
  2. Bake at 220 Celsius for fifteen minutes until the edges are golden brown

  • Slice the salami very thin so it crisps up in the hot oven
