Recipe for Salami Pizza with Mozzarella

Dough
- 500 grams flour
- 300 milliliters warm water
- 7 grams yeast
- 5 grams salt
- 15 milliliters olive oil
Toppings
- 200 milliliters tomato sauce
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams sliced salami
- 50 grams black olives
Preparation
Dough
- Mix the dough ingredients and knead until the texture is smooth and firm
- Let the dough rise for sixty minutes in a warm spot until doubled
Bake
- Spread the sauce and add mozzarella, salami, and olives to the dough
- Bake at 220 Celsius for fifteen minutes until the edges are golden brown
Tips
- Slice the salami very thin so it crisps up in the hot oven
- Adding a pinch of chili flakes to the sauce provides a subtle heat
- Brush the edges with olive oil for a shiner and crispier crust
