Chicken Salad Wrap

A light and healthy wrap filled with succulent grilled chicken, crisp vegetables, and a creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 300g chicken breast
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 2g salt
  • 2g black pepper
  • 2g dried oregano

Filling

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 100g lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 50g cucumber, sliced
  • 30ml mayonnaise
  • 15ml Greek yogurt

Preparation

Grilling

  1. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano
  2. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 7 minutes per side until fully cooked
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes then slice into thin strips

Assembly

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until combined
  2. Lay out the tortillas and spread the dressing evenly across the center
  3. Layer the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and grilled chicken strips on top
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to secure the filling

Tips

  • Toast the wraps in a dry pan for 30 seconds to make them warm and slightly crispy
  • Add a few slices of avocado for extra creaminess and healthy fats
  • Wrap the finished rolls in parchment paper to make them easier to eat on the go
