Chicken Salad Wrap

Ingredients
Chicken
- 300g chicken breast
- 15ml olive oil
- 2g salt
- 2g black pepper
- 2g dried oregano
Filling
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 100g lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 50g cucumber, sliced
- 30ml mayonnaise
- 15ml Greek yogurt
Preparation
Grilling
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 7 minutes per side until fully cooked
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes then slice into thin strips
Assembly
- Mix the mayonnaise and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until combined
- Lay out the tortillas and spread the dressing evenly across the center
- Layer the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and grilled chicken strips on top
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to secure the filling
Tips
- Toast the wraps in a dry pan for 30 seconds to make them warm and slightly crispy
- Add a few slices of avocado for extra creaminess and healthy fats
- Wrap the finished rolls in parchment paper to make them easier to eat on the go
