Preparation
- Pour 1 Liter of beer into a medium saucepan
- Stir in the honey, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger
- Heat over low heat for 8 minutes while stirring
- Ensure the liquid stays below boiling to avoid bitterness
- Once steaming hot, strain the beer into mugs
- Garnish each mug with an orange slice and star anise
