Preparation
Marinade
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices in a large bowl
- Toss the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for sixty minutes
- Slice the vegetables for the salad and prepare the yogurt sauce
Cooking
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for ten minutes
