Sauce

  • 200 milliliters greek yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15 milliliters tahini

Preparation

Marinade

  1. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, and spices in a large bowl
  2. Toss the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for sixty minutes
  3. Slice the vegetables for the salad and prepare the yogurt sauce

Cooking

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for ten minutes

  3. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips for the serving plate

Serving
