Recipe for Classic Pizza Margherita

Dough

  • 10 grams fresh basil leaves

Preparation

Dough

  1. Combine the flour, warm water, yeast, and salt then knead for ten minutes
  2. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for sixty minutes

Bake

  1. Shape the dough into rounds and add tomato sauce and mozzarella
  2. Bake at 250 Celsius for ten minutes and add fresh basil after cooking

  • Use high protein flour to achieve a chewy and traditional pizza crust
