Recipe for Pasta with American Meat Sauce

Pasta

  • 400 grams spaghetti

Preparation

Sauce

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot then remove the excess fat
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until they are soft
  3. Return the beef to the pot and stir in the tomato sauce and spices
  4. Simmer the meat sauce over low heat for forty minutes until it is thick

Pasta

  1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water until it reaches the desired level of softness
  2. Drain the pasta well and return it to the pot with a little oil

Finish

  1. Mix the pasta with the meat sauce or serve the sauce on top
  2. Garnish with a sprinkle of cheese and some fresh herbs before serving to guests
