- 500 milliliters milk
- 2 eggs
- 30 milliliters vegetable oil

- 500 grams quark cheese
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 5 milliliters vanilla extract
Preparation
Cooking
- Whisk the batter ingredients until smooth and let it rest for twenty minutes
- Fry thin pancakes in a hot pan for one minute on each side until gold
Assembly
- Mix the cheese with sugar and yolk then spread over pancakes and fold them
- Fry the filled crepes in butter for two minutes until they are hot and crispy
Tips
- Use a non-stick pan to ensure the crepes are easy to flip without any tearing
- Do not overfill the crepes as the cheese might leak out during the final frying
